Why did you become a Peer Health Educator Intern (PHEI)?

I believe that peer advocacy and education are crucial to the promotion of student wellness and public health. Therefore, I became a PHEI to learn about the multifaceted nature of health and the systemic factors that impact it. Ultimately, I hope to share this passion with the UCLA community through engaging initiatives.
