Why did you become a Peer Health Educator Intern (PHEI)?
I became a PHEI after seeing countless examples that underscore the importance of health education. Many people living with debilitating conditions could have benefitted from a better support system early on. As a PHEI, I hope to learn the best ways to promote health equity and the overall well-being of students.
